Today, Trantech’s qualified engineer will help you get used to each step of setting up your new network video recorders (NVRs) and make them go online.
We believe this tutorial will be a useful guide for you while installing and configuring a CCTV system, to which our engineers paid huge effort to make each step easy to follow.
Step 1: In the main menu, you now select Network
Step 2: Select the TCP/IP menu on the top left
Step 3: Select the edit pencil that appears on the right-hand side under the word Modify (or Edit)
Step 4: Now you will see a window will pop open in that window to the right-hand side enable DHCP, after that click okay and the window will close
Step 5: Click Okay (or Apply) at the bottom right of the screen, which will apply the changes
Step 6: On the left-hand-side, select P2P, and then choose to enable the function at the top and click Apply/Save on the bottom right. Once that’s done, you need to do a reboot of the system and the Status should be online and the recorder should be connected to the internet. |
