The Holiday Inn Werribee is comprised of 150 rooms, a business center, and 491sqm of versatile meeting spaces, all of which are well-appointed with modern amenities and equipment.

As a result, we were tasked with providing the most appropriate CCTV system solution that can ensure the safety and security of residents and their property and is equipped with advanced functions that can secure the building around the clock.

Requirement:

1. One of the most common requests from customers is for a CCTV system that can record in color and high-definition footage around the clock without experiencing any lagging problems.
2. As a result, a burglar alarm is highly recommended to prevent any potential problems that could put residents in danger due to the daily activities of the building and the possibility of theft and crime.
3.  Because all Smart AI features are helpful in all areas and for all types of facilities, we must program them with the best safety-target configuration possible while also maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the surrounding areas.

Trantech Solution

A variety of techniques were employed by Trantech in order to combine the project’s requirements for coverage capacity and specifics with the most cost-effective price package that could be achieved.

Optimized cameras in the shapes of a dome, a bullet, and a turret were used to capture footage in full color and with crystal-clear clarity. The devices are also programmed to concentrate primarily on advanced safety functions to protect each level’s corridor properties through the use of interconnected sound and light alarms.

We ultimately relied on software to calculate and provide precise figures for devices and accessories, ensuring that footage could be extracted quickly and conveniently whenever it was needed.

COVERAGE REQUIREMENT

We used 140 intelligent cameras in a variety of shapes, including dome, bullet, and turret, to ensure that all corners were always within range of protection. The new surveillance device has proven to be highly effective. The excessive photo quality will allow us to resolve any legal responsibility issues that may arise within the vehicle parks while the device reassures visitors and a group of workers about the security of the vehicle parks on the inside and the outside.

SAFETY REQUIREMENT

It was our responsibility to provide a complete package with a special configuration aimed at safety features to ensure the alarm function was always ready. On the other hand, the new system allows for the rapid identification of the source of any damage, which helps with insurance claims for guests. Another set of cameras has been installed so that the hotel’s management can have complete coverage of the perimeter. Inside, cameras are strategically placed in high-traffic areas such as the reception area, the bar area, and the rooms with distinctive features. They are intended to assist in the resolution of charge discrepancies as well as the prevention of any unwarranted behavior. Photographs and video footage from the cameras are transferred to a stable room within the hotel’s separate workplace block, where they can be viewed by a team of employees working at the reception desk.

Because of the property’s location, we elegantly installed the CCTV system so as not to annoy the residents while still keeping them safe. It is dependable, clean to use, and provides outstanding exceptional recorded images that can be easily accessed.
