Trantech’s compliance with the law is our promise of making

Orders placed before 8:30 am Sydney time each business day are packed and sent the same day. We use the most efficient postage possible which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days
FREE SHIPPING on ALL ORDERS over $500 for all nationwide customers (all states and suburbs).
Processing Schedule
Orders are sent within 24 hours after being placed, except weekends and holidays.
Information about your order will be communicated to you through email by 4 pm on the day that orders are dispatched.
Delivery Time
Please contact us if you haven't received your order within 4 business days after you placed it.
We will then investigate the status of your order and get back to you as soon as possible. Delivery attempts have been made and your parcel is at your local post office ready for you to pick it up. Please make sure you've checked your spam folder for any emails from us.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your product leaves our warehouse.
In order to provide you with greater convenience, your package will be left in a secure location, unless you instruct the delivery driver to leave it somewhere else. Your parcel will be taken to your local depot if it is not safe to leave, or your parcel is too large. You will receive a notification card from our courier about the location to pick up.
